What is DubaiWarehouse.com?

DubaiWarehouse.com is a classifieds marketplace for importers and exporters, professional traders, B2B sourcing. Bulk Buyers and Sellers and Businesspeople.   It is a place for buyers and sellers to find opportunities and promote their products or services. DubaiWarehouse.com is not a trading company but rather an online business platform, where you can search or post information to find potential business partners. Free Membership

For Buyers
It is free to search for products or services on DubaiWarehouse.com. With a free membership you can search, send inquiries to Sellers, and post your Buying Leads, all free of charge.

For Sellers
Free members may also post products to sell, search for buyers and contact certain buyers who accept quotations from free members.*

Although it is possible to utilize the site for free, some features do require a user to register and login.

  • No user can rate an ad without logging in first.
  • Rate Member requires login.
  • No user can contact another without logging in first.

 

Paid Membership

At this time, we are not offering a paid membership option.  We do intend to offer paid memberships that include advanced functionality in the very near future.

 

Registration Steps

By following the instructions below, you can initiate your free membership at DubaiWarehouse.com.

  • Click on the ‘Register’ link on the top-right menu of any DubaiWarehouse.com page.
  • Complete the registration form answering all of the required questions.
  • You will then receive a verification message in your e-mail box.
  • You must verify your email address by clicking link sent in the verification email

 

Contacting Sellers
You can send inquiries to sellers if you are logged in as a registered member.

To send an inquiry

  • Log-in, if not registered, you will need to register first
  • From a Sellers ad page click ‘Contact seller’
  • Complete the inquiry form and submit.

Once you send out your inquiry, it will probably take sellers a few days to respond. Their replies will be sent to your personal email.

 

How do I change my personal information?

Log-in to your member area and click 'Change Info’.

 

How do I Hide my email address from my ads?

 Log-in to your member area and click ‘Change Info'. Check the ‘Hide Mail’ checkbox.

 

How do I Change my Password?

Log-in to your member area and click ‘Change Password'. Passwords must be a Min. of 6 characters.

 

How do I submit an ad?

Follow these six quick steps:
Step 1 Become a registered member for FREE.
Step 2 Log-in to your member area.
Step 3 Click 'New Ad'
Step 4 Choose the category (and subcategory if applicable) for your ad.
Step 5 Design your ad and click 'Finish and Pay'.
Step 6 Submit your payment details. Your ad is now live!

 

How do I upload a photograph?

Log-in to your member area and click 'Edit ad(s).' Then click 'upload pic' to the right of the ad to which you want to add a photograph. JPG and GIF are acceptable formats. Max. image file size is 100kb.

You are allowed to upload 2 images per ad with a free membership.

 

How do I edit an ad?
Log-in to your member area and click 'Edit ad(s)'.

 

How do I stop buyers from contacting me once my item is sold?

Log-in to your member area and click 'Edit ad(s)'. Click 'Mark as sold' or 'delete'.

 

Favorites

Registered users who are logged in may mark ads to be collected to a personal favorites list.  To add an ad to your favorites, click ‘Add to your Favorites’ link found on ad description page. To view your favorites, Log-in to your member area and click ‘Favorite’.

 

What if no category fits my ad?
Send an email to siteagent@DubaiWarehouse.com with your request for a new category!

 

What should I do if I suspect a fraud has been committed?

We are sorry that you have experienced a problem.

Please note that if the seller has sent you an invoice to pay, and based on the invoice you made the payment, you should try to convince the seller to reimburse you. If you are unable to come to an agreement with the seller, you should report the matter to your local police.


DubaiWarehouse.com would also like take appropriate action (including membership termination of the offending party).  To assist us, please provide us with copies of the invoice, evidence of payment, as well as copies of all correspondence between you and the Seller in question.


The Grade Seller feature is available on any of the Seller’s ads if you are logged into the system.  We encourage you to provide a poor grade to such Sellers.


We cooperate with all law enforcement investigations. To assist us in this, please provide us with:

  • Your full legal name, residential address and country of issuance of passport.
  • Case reference no. and the name of the police or other law enforcement unit where the case was reported;
  • Amount of alleged monetary damages.
After you have reported the suspected fraud to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, we will forward case information to them upon their request.
